Social Wellness is about our relationships with other people: Positive Influencing
Social Wellness encompasses our capacity to reach out and be a member of a larger group. A strong social network can create a good mood and increase self esteem. When we accept the power we all hold to influence others we are beginning to understand the impact of Social Wellness e.g. “I can choose to make each contact I have with other people a positive or negative exchange”
Behavioural Wellness highlights how we can positively or negatively affect ourselves in the following areas:
- personal relationships
- important friendships
- your community
- the environment
- ultimately, the world (no superhero cape required)
