The world is starting to notice

 Big Beautiful Wellness!

Recently, Steve Kowch ~ of Kowch Media  (Radio veteran and mentor to some of Canadas biggest names in Talk Radio) made reference to Big Beautiful Wellness in his blog! We are thrilled about the nod and are especially pleased to see names like Dr. Oz and Dr. Phil, even Oprah, mentioned on the same page.

Those are big shoes, and we have just started walking, so Shoulders Back, Chin Up, and we will just keep on doing what we are doing.. Motivating, Inspiring, Living Big, Beautiful, HEALTHY, ACTIVE  Lives.
